From the moment you arrive, every detail of your experience is taken care of.

You’ll be welcomed with handcrafted matcha, coffee, and a curated spread of croissants and delicate baked macarons. Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy light lunches, elevated snack offerings, and beautifully styled dining experiences designed to complement the overall aesthetic and atmosphere.

An intimate evening at our cliffside villa will bring the group together for a curated dinner or wine night (not 100% solidifed)—perfect for connection, content creation, and unforgettable moments.

Day two Your mornings will begin with intentional rituals, including matcha following your Pilates experience, while your evenings are reserved for elevated dinners and drinks with the group.

Day three we conclude with a signature high tea brunch—an elegant and iconic closing experience.

All meals, beverages, and hospitality experiences are fully included in your ticket, allowing you to immerse yourself in the retreat without needing to plan or purchase anything additional.

To make travel as seamless as possible, we’ve created a private group chat for all attendees—especially those traveling in and staying at the cliffside villa.

Many attendees have already coordinated rental cars and are open to sharing rides, making transportation easy and collaborative. While most guests will likely not need to arrange additional transportation, this cannot be fully guaranteed until all tickets are sold and final coordination is completed within the group.

Once you secure your ticket, you’ll be added to the group chat to coordinate travel plans with the other attendees.

FLIGHTS + AIRPORTS

When booking your travel, we recommend checking flights into multiple nearby airports to find the best pricing and availability.

Best airport options:

• Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
– Largest airport with the most flight options (often the most affordable)
– Located about 2–2.5 hours from Yakima
– Ideal if you want more flexibility or plan to explore Seattle before the retreat

• Tri-Cities Airport (PSC – Pasco, WA)
– About 1 hour from Yakima
– Smaller airport but sometimes great mid-range pricing

• Yakima Air Terminal (YKM)
– Closest option (10 minutes from venue)
– Typically higher in price with limited flights

Pro Tip:
Flying out of or into a larger international airport near your home can often save you money — even if you have to drive a bit. More flights = better pricing.

GETTING TO YAKIMA

If flying into Seattle:

• Rent a car (most flexible option)
• Or coordinate rides with other attendees (we’ll help connect you!)

The drive to Yakima is beautiful and takes you through Washington wine country — it’s part of the experience.

Q: Will I need to find my own models? (Beginner Tier)
No—models will be fully provided for you. We take care of all model coordination so you can focus on learning, practicing, and perfecting your technique without the added stress of sourcing your own.

Q: Will CC help curate my photoshoot? (Advanced Tier)
Yes—Cece will be leading full creative direction for your photoshoot.

A curated Pinterest board with outfit inspiration will be provided ahead of time, and your shoot will take place within our fully designed content studio featuring multiple styled scenes. This ensures your images feel elevated, diverse, and intentional—far beyond a standard headshot session.
